All Sales Are Final on Personalized Items
Because every Lolamir Designs piece is made to order and custom-crafted to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to review all product details, colorway options, and personalization fields carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, we will make it right. Please contact us at info@lolamir.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Personalization Errors
We produce exactly what is entered at checkout. If you notice an error in your personalization details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before production begins. Errors submitted by the customer cannot be reprocessed at no charge once production has started.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, production may have already begun and we are unable to guarantee a cancellation. Please email info@lolamir.com as soon as possible with your order number if you need to cancel.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please check with neighbors and building staff first, then contact the carrier to open a trace. If the package is confirmed lost, reach out to us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with you to find a resolution.
