Ordering

How do I place an order?

You can shop directly through our website at lolamir.com or through our Etsy shop at lolamirdesigns.etsy.com.

Simply select your product, choose your colorway, and enter your personalization details at checkout.

If you have questions about a specific product or need help selecting the right piece, feel free to reach out before ordering — we love helping you find the perfect fit.

Can I order as a gift?

Absolutely — Lolamir pieces make beautiful, meaningful gifts. At checkout, you can include a gift message and request gift packaging. Orders are shipped without a packing slip or price information inside, so they're ready to give as-is.

For personalized gifts, simply enter the recipient's name during customization. If you're unsure of the spelling or foil preference, you can always reach out to us and we'll make sure the details are perfect.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our website.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because each Lolamir order is made to order and production begins quickly, we can accommodate changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

Please email us at hello@lolamir.com as soon as possible with your order number.

After production has begun, we are unable to make changes to personalization details, colorway, or order contents.

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Yes — we love working with companies, event planners, and teams who want beautifully personalized stationery at scale. Bulk orders of 10+ units may qualify for custom pricing.

Personalization

What personalization options are available?

Flagship feature

Our flagship personalized planners feature your name in gold foil on the cover — a beautiful, lasting embellishment that makes each piece uniquely yours. When ordering, simply enter the name exactly as you'd like it to appear.

Additional personalization options (such as monograms or custom text) may be available depending on the product. Check the individual listing for full options, or contact us if you have a specific request.

How should I format the name for foil stamping?

Enter your name exactly as you'd like it to appear — we'll match spacing, and punctuation precisely. If you'd like it in initials, first name or last name only, first name "nickname" last name or just a nickname, simply write it exactly that way at checkout. We only print in capitals.

We recommend keeping names under 20 characters for the best visual balance on the cover. Names with accented characters (é, ñ, ü, etc.) are not supported.

Can I choose a different foil color?

Our current collections feature gold foil or silver which is part of the Lolamir aesthetic.

We may introduce additional foil options in future collections — follow us at @lolamir.designs to stay updated.

What if I make a typo in my personalization?

Please review your personalization details carefully before submitting — we produce exactly what is entered.

If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours at info@lolamir.com and we will do our best to make a correction before production begins.

Errors submitted by the customer and not flagged within 24 hours cannot be reprocessed at no charge, as foil stamping is a permanent process.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

All Lolamir orders are made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for production, followed by your selected shipping time.

Standard domestic shipping (US) typically takes 3–5 additional business days.

Expedited options are available at checkout.

International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and vary by destination.

We recommend checking your country's import policies before ordering. We are not able to mark orders as "gifts" for customs purposes.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can use that number directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your shipping selection).

My package shows delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?

We're so sorry to hear that!

First, check around your entry, with neighbors, or with building staff — carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots. If it's still missing after 24 hours, contact the carrier directly to open a trace investigation.

If the investigation confirms the package is lost, please reach out to us at info@lolamir.com and we will work with you to find a resolution.

We ask that you contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Returns & Issues

What is your return policy?

Because every Lolamir piece is made to order and personalized to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, we will absolutely make it right. Please see below for how to report an issue.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're so sorry — this is not the experience we want for you. Please contact us at info@lolamir.com within 7 days of delivery with:

1. Your order number
2. A clear photo of the damage
3. A brief description of the issue

We will review and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. We take great care in packaging, but if something went wrong in transit, we'll take care of it.

The foil on my planner looks different from the product photos. Is that normal?

Foil can appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions — it's designed to catch light beautifully from different angles, which can make it look more or less reflective in photos vs. in person. Minor variation in shimmer is not a defect.

If there are visible issues with adhesion, peeling, or missing foil, please contact us with photos and we will resolve it promptly.

Wholesale & Etsy

Should I order from your website or Etsy?

Both! Our full collection is available at lolamir.com and on Etsy. The products, quality, and personalization process are identical across both platforms.

Our website occasionally features exclusive products and early collection access.

Etsy is a great option if you already have an Etsy account or prefer paying through Etsy's checkout.

Do you offer wholesale for boutiques or retailers?

We are selectively open to wholesale partnerships with boutiques and retailers that align with the Lolamir aesthetic and customer.
