Ordering

Authenticity

All of our designer handbags and accessoriesare100% authentic. All of our merchandise goes through a strict inspection process before being mailed to the customer. All new items include original dust cover and/or designer box, authenticity cards and tags. All preowned items include what is specified per item.

How do I create an account?

You can create a new account by clicking on avatar, located in the upper right corner of the homepage. A new page will open, click on CREATE AN ACCOUNT and fill out the form.
To create an account, you must provide the following information: first name, last name, email address and create a password. You can change your personal information at any time, this information is confidential and will not be sent to third parties.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to request a return as soon as you receive it for a refund. No exchnages are available at this time. Please place a seperate order for the item you wish. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Can I add an item to an already completed order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add items to an already completed order.

Why is the promotional code not applicable to my purchase?

The promotions are valid for a limited time period and cannot be used in conjunction with one another or to purchase items from brands excluded from promotions. LOLAMIR reserves the right to end promotions or change their terms and conditions at any time.

What do I do if I receive a defective item?

We guarantee that all our items are verified by our quality control department before they are shipped. If you happen to receive a defective item, we ask you to send an email to customerservice@lolamir.com specifying your order number and item code, including photos (showing the security tag visibly attached to the item) so that we can assess the defect.

Please note that items that have been damaged due to normal wear and tear, improper use or by accident, are not considered defective items.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us through the contact form located at the footer of the page with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to over 100 countries. You can track the progress of the preparation and delivery of your order by logging into your account. You will receive an email with the tracking link when your order is dispatched, allowing you to follow its progress.

How can I check the status of my shipment?

As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. By clicking on the tracking number you will be able to check the status of the shipment directly on the courier’s website.

The order will also be visible on our website, on your account, in ORDERS section.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed before 2:00pm, Monday - Friday, are processed within 1-2 days. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day. 

Orders shipped within the U.S. are delivered within 2 - 4 business days excluding processing time. International orders are delivered within 4 - 7 days.

What is the cost of shipping?

The method and cost of shipping vary depending on the selected shipping country. On the page https://lolamir.com/pages/shipping-returns, you can find more relevant information.

What should I do if I don’t receive my order or if there are items missing from my order?

In case the package does not arrive or there are items missing, you must keep the packaging so that we can establish what transpired.

Any dispute regarding damages, missing items, or delivery to the wrong address must be communicated to LOLAMIR within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date shown on the courier’s website, otherwise it will not be accepted.

Can I change the shipping address of an order I have already placed?

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the shipping address once an order that has been completed.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

You have 7 days to initiate a return of your items.

Additionally, you may return your item for store credit only within 30 days of receipt. 

 Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

To request a return either sign into your account and start a return process or use the link in the footer and follow the prompts. Select the order and items you want to return and choose the type of refund. Once completed, Lolamir will send a confirmation email, with the Return Authorization Number (RAN), the shipping label and instructions for the return shipment.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once your return has been received by the LOLAMIR warehouse, and the items have been verified, we will process the return and you will receive a confirmation email.

It may take up to 10 days for the refund to be visible on your account, due to bank processing time.

Can I check my return’s status?

You can check the status of your return by using the tracking number found in the return instructions.
Once your return has been processed by our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email.

What are the shipment costs for a return?

The method of return and its relative costs vary depending on the shipping country.
