Processing Time
All Lolamir Designs pieces are made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before it ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that carrier delays, particularly during peak seasons, are outside of our control and may affect estimated delivery windows.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs processing times. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are non-refundable.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you ordered through our Etsy shop, tracking updates are also available under "Purchases and Reviews" in your Etsy account.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and building staff, as carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected locations. If your package is still missing after 24 hours, contact the carrier to open a trace investigation. If the package is confirmed lost, please reach out to us at info@lolamir.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Lolamir Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@lolamir.com and we will do our best to make the correction before your order ships.
