RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 7 days of receipt in the original condition as received.
Additionally, you may return your item for store credit only within 30 days of receipt in the original condition as received.
Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived, in their original packaging including all accessories and tags.
Returns will not be accepted if the item(s) do not meet our return conditions.

Steps to follow for a successful return request:
- Follow the link above
- Insert email address used at the time of purchase
- Check your email for the 6-digit code provided
- You will be directed to the orders page after you insert the 6 digit code
- Choose Request Return on the items you would like to return
- Provide a reason for the return *required - you will not be able to complete the return without a reason*
- Submit the Request Return
- You will receive an email of return request acknowledgement and an additional email with an approve/declined decision with instructions.
