Is it the real deal?
Our experienced authentication team checks every detail meticulously, and we stringently vet every vendor we buy from. We compare codes, sales catalogues and thousands of images from our own archives, paying close attention to characteristics such as labels, fabric, stitching, hardware and authenticity stamps. We also assess the workmanship of all items, and as an additional layer, we use AI technology that collects millions of patterns and algorithms and compares with a database.
Authentication process
LOLAMIR’s authentication process is unique to us and independent of any brands. Brands identified and sold on the website are not involved in the authentication of the products being sold, and none of the brands sold assume any responsibility for any products purchased from or through the website. Brands sold on the LOLAMIR website are not partnered or affiliated with LOLAMIR in any manner. We fully cooperate with brands seeking to track down the source of stolen or counterfeit items, which includes revealing the contact information of vendors submitting counterfeit goods.
Counterfeit policy
LOLAMIR does not accept fake or counterfeit merchandise. If we suspect for any reason that a submitted product is not authentic we will contact the vendor for proof of purchase in an effort to establish the items authenticity. If LOLAMIR determines an item is fake or counterfeit, it will be destroyed.
